How do I subscribe?
- Choose your treatment and subscribe online through your customer account.
- Pay your first monthly instalment. The contract applies when you subscribe and a copy is emailed to you.
- Choose your slot directly in your treatment calendar, without an approval request or another deposit.
One session per monthly period. After the initial 12 months, the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled under the contract.
Hair-care subscription contract
INITIAL COMMITMENT: 12 MONTHS. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL FOR AN INDEFINITE TERM ON THE SAME CONDITIONS UNLESS CANCELLED WITH ONE MONTH’S NOTICE. AFTER THE FIRST RENEWAL: CANCEL AT ANY TIME WITHOUT A FEE, WITH ONE MONTH’S NOTICE.
By confirming and paying for your subscription online, you accept these terms. The contract is linked to your customer account and order: no handwritten details or separate signature are required.
- One session of your selected treatment is included per monthly subscription period. The price is the usual rate minus €10 per month: €120 saved over the initial 12 months. All prices include VAT.
- The first monthly payment is due when you subscribe; subsequent payments are due on each monthly renewal date. The subscription is personal. Additional options or services require a separate agreement.
- Book directly online from your customer account, subject to salon availability, without a further deposit. You can plan future sessions. Unused sessions do not roll over, except if the salon cancels or has no availability; the salon will arrange a replacement session.
- Reschedule or cancel an appointment at least 24 hours in advance. A no-show or cancellation less than 24 hours in advance counts as a used session, except for a serious reason accepted by the salon.
- To prevent automatic renewal, cancel from your customer account at least one month before the end of the initial 12 months. After renewal, you can cancel at any time without a fee, with one month’s notice. The termination date takes that notice into account.
- You have 14 calendar days starting on the day after the contract is concluded to withdraw without giving a reason, using the online form or any unambiguous notice to dorice@happybeautybydorice.be. You receive a receipt acknowledgement by email.
- A treatment during the first 14 days requires your express request when booking. You retain your right of withdrawal; only the service already performed is payable in proportion to the agreed price. Any refund due is made within the statutory deadlines and rules.
- If a payment fails, you will be asked to pay online; new bookings may be suspended while payment is overdue. Any change to the price or subscription formula requires your express agreement.
- Your details are used to manage the contract, payments, appointments and requests. These terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights.
