Did you purchase your hair-care subscription online and want to exercise your right of withdrawal? Submit your notice here, without a signature or giving a reason.

You have 14 calendar days starting on the day after the contract is concluded. This form does not waive any of your rights. If you expressly requested a treatment during that period, only the service already performed is payable in proportion to the agreed subscription price.

No reason is required. A reference or subscription date helps us find your contract, but you can submit the notice without these details.
