Smoothing & Botox subscriptions

How do I subscribe?

1. Choose your treatment and hair length, then subscribe online. Smoothing and Botox include monthly maintenance care; Express Botox includes only the monthly express session.
2. Pay your first monthly instalment. The contract applies when you subscribe and a copy is emailed to you.
3. Choose your slot directly in your treatment calendar, without an approval request or another deposit.

Payments are spread across 12 fixed monthly amounts. Automatic renewal applies after the initial 12 months under the contract.

Smoothing and Botox subscription contract

1. Keratin, shea butter, tannin and Botox include one treatment every three months and maintenance care per monthly period: 4 treatments and 12 maintenance care sessions over the initial 12 months. Express Botox includes one session per monthly period: 12 sessions over the initial 12 months, without additional maintenance care. The monthly price and total including VAT appear with each formula and on your order. Optional extras are not included and require your agreement.
2. The first monthly payment is due when you subscribe; subsequent payments are due on each monthly renewal date. The subscription is personal. Additional options or services require a separate agreement.
3. Book directly from your customer account, subject to salon availability, without a further deposit. For smoothing and Botox: one treatment per three-month period, with at least three months between treatments, plus one maintenance care session per monthly period, using two separate calendars. For Express Botox: one session per monthly period, without additional care. Unused sessions do not roll over, except if the salon cancels or has no availability; the salon will arrange a replacement session.
4. Reschedule or cancel an appointment at least 24 hours in advance. A no-show or cancellation less than 24 hours in advance counts as a used session, except for a serious reason accepted by the salon.
5. To prevent automatic renewal, cancel from your customer account at least one month before the end of the initial 12 months. After renewal, you can cancel at any time without a fee, with one month’s notice. The termination date takes that notice into account.
6. You have 14 calendar days starting on the day after the contract is concluded to withdraw without giving a reason, using the online form or any unambiguous notice to dorice@happybeautybydorice.be. You receive a receipt acknowledgement by email.
7. A treatment during the first 14 days requires your express request when booking. You retain your right of withdrawal; only the service already performed is payable in proportion to the agreed price. Any refund due is made within the statutory deadlines and rules.
8. If a payment fails, you will be asked to pay online; new bookings may be suspended while payment is overdue. Any change to the price or subscription formula requires your express agreement.
9. Your details are used to manage the contract, payments, appointments and requests. These terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights.
